The voice of local community members will be a guiding force in future design and construction to ensure it remains a reflection of the needs and vision of the community.
Local neighborhood residents, businesses, non-profits and government agencies have collaborated over the years to champion the Park and will continue to be engaged in efforts to preserve and sustain this vital resource for the benefit of all.

Provides a clear picture of facilities that currently exist in the Park and makes recommendations for future Park uses.

Identifies a mix of open space, recreational, educational and operational options.
Phase 3
Outlines key improvements and projects necessary to implement the Master Plan vision. It includes details on proposed projects taking into account the feedback, research, and information gathered through the Master Planning process.
Phase 4
Analysis of potential impacts and overview of how they can be addressed to fulfill the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
