artworxLA Student Presentations

This event is one of three public presentations of original student artwork through NHM’s partnership with artworxLA. artworxLA is an arts education organization engaging at-risk students in long-term sequential arts programs. Through Becoming Los Angeles, School Programs staff provided training for artworxLA’s teaching artists to inspire creativity on the driving theme: How is your identity connected to LA, and how will your culture shape the city’s future? Students working with these teaching artists will develop artwork to be displayed at NHM in November, March, and May.
