SUMMARY:COVID-19 Testing
DESCRIPTION:The California community-based program to test individuals for COVID-19\, in collaboration with the Baseline COVID-19 Program\, is now available in our community. This program is free and meant to reduce the burden on our hospital system and is complementary to testing happening in a clinical care situation. People with acute symptoms need acute triage and should not visit the sample collection sites\, as the sites are not prepared to provide medical care. \nIf you are in California and interested in getting tested for COVID-19\, complete an online screener (here) based on guidelines from public health officials and see if testing is available for you through this program at this time. The screener is dynamic and the criteria may change over time based on epidemiological data and government directives. For more detail into the screening and testing process\, please see this video. \nPlease note the following:\n\nTests are available for eligible individuals by appointment only.\nAppointments must be made online. No walk-ups.\nYou must arrive for your appointment in a vehicle.\n\n\nExamen de COVID-19 basada en la comunidad de California\nEl programa comunitario de California para evaluar individuos para COVID-19\, en colaboración con el programa Baseline COVID-19\, ahora está disponible en nuestra comunidad.
