Assemblage Workshop
Create your own treasured assemblage sculpture
from recycled materials alongside multimedia artist Karl
Jean-Guerly Pétion, whose work is featured in Intersections:
Caribbean and Brazilian Art from the Permanent Collection.
Born in Haiti, Pétion immigrated to the US and studied fine
art at the Kansas City Art Institute and the California Institute
of the Arts. Using drawing, painting, video, and experimental
sound, the artist draws inspiration from his Haitian roots and
contemporary issues. Maximum 20 participants.
