CAAM – Performance: On

In conjunction with his exhibition, Network, artist Derrick Adams will
produce and perform a new iteration of On, a multimedia performance
originally presented in 2016 at Pioneer Works, Brooklyn. For the
presentation at CAAM, Adams has selected a group of performers who
will reenact infomercials inside three of the Museum’s gallery spaces.
The audio from each performer will feed into a mixing board, which
Adams will use to blend and mix their voices, adjusting the sound live,
while also interacting with the performers.
