It’s Bigger Than Us Winter Wellness Bash (Community Sponsored Event)

The Winter Wellness Bash: A Healthy Holiday Celebration is an exciting community event designed to promote health and wellness while spreading
holiday cheer. Hosted on December 14, 2024, at Exposition Park – South Lawn, the event is expected to draw over 2,500 residents from the local
community.

The day kicks off with a Wellness Warm-Up, including a 5K Walk/Run from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, followed by Yoga from 9:45 AM to
10:30 AM. These activities are designed to invigorate participants and promote a healthy lifestyle, featuring a mobile fitness truck offering circuit
training, healthy food, and water to keep everyone energized.

The Main Event runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, where ITBU will distribute 3,000 toys to children. A range of vendors will
offer vital resources, including healthcare services, family support, and wellness guidance, with a focus on supporting under-served communities.
This festive gathering provides a wonderful opportunity for residents to engage with neighbors, enjoy family-friendly activities, and access important
services while celebrating the season​.
